A simple version of my terms of use and copyright; All material on my website is copyright to
me, K. E Myatt, and may not be reused, copied, published, edited, distributed, transmitted or
uploaded without my written permission.

Terms of Use In Detail

Reselling and Reproduction
You may NOT resell or reproduce anything I create unless you have discussed it with me and
you have obtained a contract or agreement between the two of us. This includes; book covers,
CD covers, prints, stickers, T-shirts, posters, mugs, note books, etc etc etc. Please contact me
if you are interested in using my art for something, and if you have any questions about this.

Copying or Referencing My Art
I have no problem with you using my art as a learning tool, I DO mind, however, if you copy
any part of my art and claim it as your own original work.
Even though you may be drawing the image yourself, you are learning from ME, drawing on MY
experience and MY knowledge as an artist to aid you. So, if you do use my work for reference
or learning purposes, then please put a little © K. E. Myatt or Pale Majesty on the image
somewhere and/or make a link back to my website www.beetlebones.net to let people know
who the original creator is.

Editing My Art
I can not state this enough. YOU MAY NOT EDIT MY ART. AT ALL UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
{i.e. cropping and adding copyrights to me if you're using it as an icon} EVEN IF YOU
COMMISSIONED ME. If you commission me, you're paying for my time and talent as an artist,
not the rights to use it and alter it however you want.

Reposting My Artwork On Another Website
You may repost my work on another site, such as your own personal website, if you inform me
first by email or note, if you take no more than 5 pieces, the copyrights and signature remain
on the image, my original image remains unedited and you provide a link back to
www.beetlebones.net.
PLEASE DO NOT link directly from my website as it steals bandwidth from me. Please save the
work to your own PC and upload it to your own server.


Saving My Work To Your PC
I actually find that people saving my work to their PC quite flattering, and there is no need to
ask me if you can do it. Feel free to use it as wallpaper too :}


Icons
You may use my art as icons and you may crop them for this purpose, however they may
remain otherwise unaltered and have a © to K. E. Myatt or Pale Majesty on it.


Tattoos
Some of my work is really personal to me, and also some of my work is obviously done for
other people, so I'd appreciate you ask me first if you can use an image of mine for a tattoo. I
will most likely say yes :} Anyway, I'd really love to see photos of the tattoos as well, so I may
display them on my website and see the handiwork for myself :} Also, I am available for tattoo
commissions, I am a poor, starving artist after all and every little helps {also, if you
commission work from me, I will do my best to ensure no one else gets the same tattoo ;p}
